Terms of Service
Poo PI offers residential and commercial pet waste removal. These services include one time or weekly. All pricing is based on an area of 1/2 acre or less. Larger areas will have an additional charge.
Accessing your yard
Customer understands that if Poo PI can’t access the area needing to be cleaned due to a locked or blocked gate. The service that day will be skipped, and charges will still apply. We suggest adding a gate combination or lock key to your account to avoid a locked gate. Text or call ahead service may be provided to provide ample time for the customer to unlock their gate. If the customer would like us to come back, a driving fee of $5 will be added to your bill.
All dog waste is single bagged in biodegradable trash bags and will be placed in the homeowners trash can. For an additional charge non-biodegradable bags can be used if you prefer.
Weather
We will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, or extreme high and low temperatures. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to the weather. In a case like this, we will skip your service that week, and see you the following week. We will not issue a refund since we will still have to pick up the poop that would have been picked up the previous week. If your yard is really muddy, we may skip your yard that day and wait until the next visit when things have dried out.
Billing
Poo PI bills at the completion of service. If payment is not received, then your next service will be skipped until your account is brought current. There will still be a weekly service fee billed to you until your account is brought current. This fee can be waived if the yard is maintained by the owner to the same standards as Poo PI.
Debris and tall grass
We will do our best to clean your yard the best we can. We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot of work, and sometimes it may not be in the best shape. The customer understands that it can be difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a yard full of leaves or debris. Some dog poop may be missed if your grass is long. On our next scheduled visit, we will get anything that was missed as long as yard maintenance is complete. There will be an additional $5 charge if your yard has excessive vegetation or as steep terrain (steep yard, gravel, bark etc.)

Service Area & Fees
Our normal service area is Roseville, Rocklin, and Lincoln and services will start at $10 per service. If you are outside of our normal service area an additional $5 mileage fee will be added to your weekly service.
Roseville/Rocklin area starts at $10 a week for up to 3 dogs on a standard ½ acre or less.
+$5 each additional ½ acre
+$2 each additional dog over 3 dogs
+$5 for excessive vegetation or steep terrain
*An additional $2 for each dog over 3 dogs will be billed if excessive vegetation or terrain occurs.

We may collect personal information from you on our website or through any other digital or personal communication with you. Information collected is voluntarily provided by you and may include information such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address. Our website may collect general information about the service you are requesting such as the type of property you have, and the area needing service, the type of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior. We collect information about you to provide you with our services. We use personal information about our customers for a variety of purposes related to our business. Your information is for Poo PI use only. We will never sell your information or send it to third parties.
